Inspired by the natural world, especially the sea, James creates beautiful seascapes and landscapes that transport the viewer to a place of peace and tranquility. His paintings capture the essence of the world around us and aim to elevate your mood, spirit, and overall well-being.
As a self taught oil painter, James has spent his time along the beaches and in the parks of the UK and abroad. Striving to capture the light, warmth and beauty of the world through detail, color, design, and technique. James began working in the design industry, focussing on animation and computer graphics, painting in his spare time. He decided to work mainly in oil paint whilst occasionally taking on design commissions.
